I Must Be Dreaming! Came down to Theo Motors w/ my wife on the 14th of April, 2015 to check out a Nissan Titan that I found on Kijiji. Did a small 5 min walk throughout the lot and my wife started to eye a 2011 BMW 328i xDrive. Next thing you know Damien comes out and greets us. I expressed to him my current situation, being open & upfront w/ him, and he offered to see what he could do w/ our credit application. Damien said he would give me a call the next day w/ some options, but that did not happen! From the owner to the business manager to the people in the service department, making sure you're happy is their No. 1 priority. With our most recent purchase, our business manager Damien spent five hours on a Saturday providing us with a selection of cars to test drive, invited us to share his lunch, and made sure we had all the information to make an informed decision on a vehicle. On the day we picked up our latest vehicle, he arranged for one of the service dept. employees to stay late and detail the vehicle we had purchased in December 2013.
