He offered to get the car to our mechanic the next day so we could have a final inspection of the car before paying in full. I got possession of the car 2 days after the test drive. The only thing to comment was that the price was firm and no room for haggle. However, the pricing was quite competitive with other postings / dealerships so it wasn't a huge deal. More

The car needed some upgrades that the dealership carried out without any problems to make the vehicle meet standards. There were a few up-sale options but sale techniques were clear and low pressure, giving clear options and respectful of my opinions. Everyone at Most Wanted Cars / Theo Motors were friendly and courteous at all time, which makes for a good experience with the practical parts of purchasing a vehicle as painless as can be. More

There are several reasons why I would recommend Theo Motors, and Damien Lorefice, the salesperson. Firstly, they were willing to present cars based on our approach, not their own. We came in to their dealership after having visited four others. We wanted to compare without a lot of chit chat. Damien was willing to walk us through their inventory, allowing us lots of time to inspect the vehicles, answering our questions as requested, and giving us space to talk privately. Secondly, they had a good selection of cars that were in great condition. Though some of the cars had seats with small holes and there were rust spots in the usual places, the cars were well-maintained. Thirdly, their price was competitive. We had seen other cars of the same make, model, and year from a couple of other dealerships, and Theo Motors' starting price was reasonable. We negotiated a slightly lower price (only a couple of hundred). The only surprise in price was the exorbitant administrative cost of cleaning the car. The fact that their sticker price was already a couple of hundred cheaper made it easier to accept the additional cost. They did offer many services at cost, such as wax spraying the underside. Lastly, our salesperson Damien was truly a delight to work with. He was professional and good-natured. He didn't try to intimidate us, and he tried to answer all of our questions. More
