Quick, painless I did my homework and shopped around using autotrader.ca to find candidate vehicles. I knew my off-the-lot price and sent a request via email. Great buying experience I came into the dealership after watching many hours of truck reviews as well as keeping up to date on trucks of all makes/models/sizes. Looking for something fully loaded and used so I could benefit from the initial depreciation that happens with all vehicles I met Sherry, who showed me a few vehicles and I ended up test driving a used fully loaded 2500 series Laramie. I fell in love with this truck but eventually decided that even though it was fairly priced it was above my means and left in search of a smaller vehicle which was easier on the bank account. I decided to go to a small dealership and put a down payment on an Acura TSX. The dealership was night and day on how I was treated compared Vaughan Chrysler. It was shocking how the salesman knew nothing about cars and didn't seem to want to help, or be present at the dealership, or even answer the phone! So finally once I got ahold of him I got my deposit back and went right back to Vaughan Chrysler to talk with Sherry. Unfortunately she was off that day and I met with Messi another salesperson. Messi is a charismatic and funny guy who literally ran around the dealership to find a truck for me, and eventually showed me the truck that I wanted all along with all of the features that ram offers at a price that I didn't think was possible! Everyone that I spoke with at Vaughan Chrysler seemed to have my best interest in mind, and provided a great buying experience. I would recommend visiting this dealership to anyone who is interested in their products as they have a large selection that is constantly changing and I am more than happy with the service I received and everyone I spoke with. More

We were just looking My husband and I had previously been across the street at a Chevy dealer and had really liked the Colorado model. There was only half an hour left before Vaughan Chrysler Dodge Jeep was closing so we decided to quickly go in and take a look. We were looking at some of the vehicles in the show room when Sherry approached us, introduced herself and asked if we were looking for anything specific. I told her we were interested in a Jeep Wrangler but we're just taking a look. She brought us a Jeep Wrangler brochure and said that if we had any questions or needed any help that she would be in the area. My husband and I looked around and decided to as Sherry a few questions. We told Sherry that we were interested in getting some prices for the Jeep Wrangler. Sherry asked us questions about exactly what we were looking for; colour, features, transmission, etc. I had previously priced out a very basic model online that had basically no features. With the information we gave her, she told us that she thought she may have a Jeep on the lot that has the basic things we are looking for and when I saw the price, it was pretty much the same as the one I had priced out myself, except with MANY more features. By this time, the dealership was closing but at no time did Sherry rush us nor did she seem like she was in a hurry to leave. She brought us out the the Jeep and we loved it. She even asked if we wanted to take it for a test drive even though the dealership had already been closed for about 5 minutes. When we got back to Sherry's desk she asked us what our budget looked like. We gave her our numbers and she was able to do even better then we had thought. She helped give us a price that we were both extremely comfortable with and could more than afford. How could we say no? We couldn't, so we didn't. Next we had the pleasure of meeting Daina Miller who helped us with the financing and made it super clear on what I needed to do on my end in order to be able to drive away in the Jeep. She was extremely knowledgable and was able to answer all our questions. When we finally left, the dealership had been closed for an hour. At no time did Daina or Sherry try to rush us, or seem like we were a burden preventing them from going home. This was by far the easiest and stress free vehicle purchase either of us have ever made (this is #4) it felt like we were friends and not just another transaction. They cared about what we wanted and were looking for opposed to trying to sell us something we didn't want. I would love to have Sherry and Daina help me again whenever we purchase another vehicle. On a scale of 1 - 10 (1 being unsatisfied and 10 being completely satisfied) I would rate them both as an 11. This is what service should always look like. More

Best experience at a dealership! I recently picked up my grand Cherokee at Vaughan Chrysler. After having such a poor experience and getting into a crappy situation with another Jeep I recently picked up my grand Cherokee at Vaughan Chrysler. After having such a poor experience and getting into a crappy situation with another Jeep dealership, dealing with Sal and Vaughan Chrysler was such a relief. Less than an hour of me being at the dealership, Sal and his manager Wilson were able to find me a solution within what I requested when other dealerships gave me the run around for a week or two. Sal was down to earth, listened to what I needed and came through exceeding my expectations. Sal, Wilson and Daina in finance made the experience completely painless and fun! Would 100% highly recommend this team to anyone looking to purchase from the Chrysler family! More
