Buyer Beware - Dealership overcharges I bought a new Hyundai Sonata in 2015. This past Thanksgiving weekend I got a flat tire. I was not too concerned as I had roadside assistance. I ca I bought a new Hyundai Sonata in 2015. This past Thanksgiving weekend I got a flat tire. I was not too concerned as I had roadside assistance. I called and CAA came out and asked me to pop the trunk so that he could retrieve the spare tire. To my surprise and horror, the mechanic told me that there was no spare tire. I had to have my car towed, and being Thanksgiving weekend many shops closed early, so I had it towed to Brian Finch Hyundai. This would not have been my first choice if it had happened on any other day. That being said, I had it towed to the dealership. I thought that they could just put on a new tire and I would be on my way. This did not happen. They had no tire for my car at the dealership. I had to wait until Tuesday to get a new tire. This was a huge inconvenience to me. They had no loaner car for me and I had to find my own way to work for the next couple days. It cost me $140 in cab fare which was an extra expense on top of the new tire which the dealership charged $35 more than any other place. If I had known that I would have to wait over the long weekend to get a new tire installed, I definitely would not have gone to this dealership. Finally Tuesday comes and I expect someone from the dealership to call me with an expected time for this tire to be installed. Instead, I called them at 2:45 PM after waiting all morning and ended up leaving a message for someone to call me back. I was not too happy and Jeff who call me back could not understand why I was so upset. This is no way to run a business. This was the final straw. Previous to this experience, I had a brake job done and was charged almost $1,400. which is way overpriced. I went to several different independent shops to have them review my bill and the overwhelming consensus was that I had been scammed. I have since found an honest mechanic would just like to warn other potential customers of this dealership and buyer beware. More

Recently changed my Santa Fe for a new (2020) Tucson. Sales person Christian Latis provided terrific service - knowledgeable, friendly and truly helpful. Would definitely recommend Chris. Great job! Jeff Vallas in Service is first class - knows his stuff and has always looked after me with consideration and friendliness. More

In the past 4-5 years Cristian have assisted us with purchasing 3 new vehicles: Sonata Hybrid, Santa Fe XL Ultimate and Genesis Sedan Tech pkg. all transactions went smoothly and so far we've had nothing but excellent experience. Cristan is easy going and honest person, he will try very hard to give you the best possible deal and that means even if he get in trouble with his superiors.....Heheh Another very important aspect of dealing with someone like Cristan is that he is always cordial and professional, if you need to talk to him either before or long after your purchase, if he can't talk to you in person, he will always return you phone calls, emails or text massages. Pleasantly pleased I was not in the market for a new car as I loved my 2014 Hybrid Sonata, however, after visiting the dealeship upon receiving an email about 'deals' on I was not in the market for a new car as I loved my 2014 Hybrid Sonata, however, after visiting the dealeship upon receiving an email about 'deals' on new vehicles, we stopped in. Christian was great as well as Linda, who was very friendly and quick to service our needs. The service department is also very knowledgeable and professional. We ended up buying a new 2016 Sonata. Thank you! More

Trading in 2014 Sante fe I understand that you're going to get less money from a dealership for your trade in. I was offered $16,000 for my trade in but when I looked at the I understand that you're going to get less money from a dealership for your trade in. I was offered $16,000 for my trade in but when I looked at the copy of the deal it's at $14750. So I asked what was up with that. And they said that to include the GST in the total price which would bring it up to 16,000 for my used vehicle. The manager Ray told me this. So when I did get the final documents to sign the agreement it said I only got $14,750. So my actual payout to the bank was $18,862.14 left from existing loan and Hyundai only gave me $14,887 which was a difference of over 4112.14. This is my third vehicle from Hyundai. And this time, I felt rushed through the whole process and this will be the last time I buy from Finch Hyandai. More

Exceptional Customer Service Our family of 5 had recently been through some big changes in lifestyles. Eldest daughter graduated high school and now attending Western University. Our family of 5 had recently been through some big changes in lifestyles. Eldest daughter graduated high school and now attending Western University. Our 2008 Veracruz was becoming high maintenance and my wife was travelling more. Initially we just wanted to trade in our Veracruz for a new Sante Fe and maybe an Accent or Elantra but we soon realized that dynamic just would not work... someone would still be without a car if Dad went on a trip. So, with the help and incredible patience of Cris Latis, we purchased 3 cars AND 1 for my mother in law who had been driving a Buick Allure for 8 years. The Buick was getting a little big to manage for her so with her joining in on this deal, we are now a 4 car family. Two Veloster Turbos and 2 Accents! Great deal and everyone now has wheels! Thanks Finch and thanks Cris! More
