I love this Family. Family hyaindai has a great service dept from start to finish. Car porter is your first contact , my guy has been there for over 12 years ,always happily greeting, gets the cars ready dept from start to finish. Car porter is your first contact , my guy has been there for over 12 years ,always happily greeting, gets the cars ready to go in for service write up. Careful when maneuvering around your car. Service writers are patient, they listen, the inform you on the wait time , especially if you don't have an appt during this pandemic time . Mechanics are so nice . If they see an issue you were not aware of, they will point it out. This is great since valuable lives ride in the car and on the road with other valuable lives in other cars. They are so honest. I have never had a bad vibe there. Colin is super ! He is very patient, and knowledgeable. It is so nice to dealership happy people in the work force . It makes the wait easier. More

They have extremely poor communication and after getting my car back after they had it for a month I had to get it towed back to them because they didn't thoroughly examine my car and there were still issue my car back after they had it for a month I had to get it towed back to them because they didn't thoroughly examine my car and there were still issues with it. I had my car towed to the dealership on Saturday because it wouldn’t start, had to keep calling to get updates on what was wrong, finally got an update on Tuesday letting me know that I needed a starter whi it wouldn’t start, had to keep calling to get updates on what was wrong, finally got an update on Tuesday letting me know that I needed a starter which the part wasn’t in stock and I was told it may not be in stock for 1 to 2 weeks. My car is my only means of transportation so that wasn’t going to work for me so I had to have the car towed somewhere else and the work was done, very disappointing that I had to pay $99 dollars for the diagnostics test I’ve bought all three of my cars from family Hyundai not sure if I will buy from them again, didn’t really feel like family to me. More
