Had appointment scheduled for 3 months to fix wheels and update navigation. Service would take several days and no loaners available. Will have to reschedule. I had a 8:00 appointment for new tires and oil change and wiper blades. Got to dealer on time waited saw people coming after me get there cars back and leave at 11 I checked on the status of my car. It wasn’ wiper blades. Got to dealer on time waited saw people coming after me get there cars back and leave at 11 I checked on the status of my car. It wasn’t even started. I was told it was next in line but have an appointment if it’s not going to be worked on at or near the time. It was suggested that I make another appointment for another day not very good service or customer care. More
