Perfect professional teamwork that fit my (unusual) needs, I had been searching for months for just the right 3-series and finally found what appeared to be the right car for me at Parkview. Only problem was I had been searching for months for just the right 3-series and finally found what appeared to be the right car for me at Parkview. Only problem was I live 500 km away in Ottawa. I had driven this type of vehicle enough to know I'm good with the model, so it was only a matter of being comfortable with this particular car and negotiating a fair price (and trade-in). Bobby was EXTREMELY helpful and went to great lengths to get me all the info I needed to be confident that Parkview did, indeed, have a great car for my needs and allow me to comfortably and efficiently settle the deal remotely, without even having seen the car in-person. It's not the way I'd advise anyone to buy a car, but if you're going to do it this way, these guys are great at it. They provided clear instructions in advance on what I needed to do and bring with me, Samantha smoothly got me through all the paperwork at the dealership and Chris gave me all the training I hadn't realized I needed to get the most out of this beauty. That's teamwork and professionalism I appreciate. More
