I started working at Klaben when I was 16 years old, answering phones and filing paperwork. Throughout my high school and college years, I took on various roles at the dealership which helped to expand my knowledge and understanding of the business. I started working in the Finance Department at the age of 23, while completing my MBA at the University of Akron. I had a strong curiosity and interest in Finance, mostly because of my love for working with people and numbers. I worked as a Finance Manager for 19 years, and transitioned to the role of Sales Manager in August 2021. I am proud to work for a company that grounds itself in customer loyalty and satisfaction and have enjoyed the relationships I have built with several of my customers over the years.

Why I go to Klaben Klaben has always been my choice of dealerships to get service. I moved to Georgia 4 years ago and must get my services done at my local dealership but I do not get the service that Klaben provides. I set an appointment for my last visit to Ohio and purchased my new tires from Klaben in Kent! Thank you Mike and all the service department for your consistent top notch service. Your service department is what made me purchase from you instead of my local dealership. Not many people would drive to Ohio to purchaase tires ! Just shows how well you are treated. Thank you ! Purchase 2014 Ford Explorer. I was very pleased w the service from Kenny King. He's a good guy and a good salesman. We got what we wanted without a bunch of unnecessary bs. Great time once again Had to turn in my 2014 Escape. Went in with the intentions to get an Explorer, but after finding out the payments would be out of our budget, we opte Had to turn in my 2014 Escape. Went in with the intentions to get an Explorer, but after finding out the payments would be out of our budget, we opted to get another Escape. Doug Carter was extremely patient with us. Tom Nicodemus helped us as well, since Doug had to go across the street a couple of times for some business there. Doug has been our salesman ever since we bought the 2008 Taurus back in Nov. 2007. Always a superb job! I know we'll be in good hands still when he decides to retire. Christine also did a superb job, as always, in the finance department. More

Right car, right price There is not enough good things I can say about my experience working with Tom at klaben ford. I came in looking to upgrade from my ford focus as my There is not enough good things I can say about my experience working with Tom at klaben ford. I came in looking to upgrade from my ford focus as my wife and I had our first child. I was not exactly sure what I wanted to upgrade to, but I did know that I couldn't break the bank to get it. Tom did a great job listening to what I wanted from my new car and talking me through all my potential possibilities, and there were many. He was very patient as I had to keep checking in with my wife to get her input as well. After a ton of questions and discussion Tom was able to get me into the exact car I wanted for the price I was more than comfortable with. It is also definitely worth mentioning that I never felt any pressure from Tom to buy any of the cars I looked at. I truly felt that he had my best interest at heart and was more concerned with me feeling confident that I was making the right choice than just making a sale. I was a great buying experience and I would recommend this dealership and Tom to anyone looking for a new car. More

I can't really describe the anxiety I used to have about buying a car. I'm sure it's probably the way many women feel about buying a car. The stereotypical attitude that you expect is for a car salesman to talk over you, or ignore you and only show your husband the car. Most likely not give you as good of a deal as they would a man... This has been the total opposite experience that I've had at Klaben. Every time I go to the dealership, they bend over backwards to take care of me. Doug and Christine have made the buying experience pleasant and easy. The service department is amazing. Mike B. always returns my call promptly, and always makes sure to get my vehicle in as quickly as possible. He's spent a lot of time on the phone with me, helping me figure out my sync system, and even helping me update my cell phone so it would work with my car. We just bought a new Ford Expedition, and we couldn't be happier. The sales team did an excellent job of working with us to give us a great trade-in value for my car and an amazing deal on our new vehicle. I will continue to purchase vehicles from Klaben, and Doug Carter. You can't put a price on great customer service. Klaben makes it a priority. More
