After a month of finding lemons and being offered bad rates I stumbled onto an ad for an SUV that seemed a little too good to be true. A little skeptical, I called Dalmar Motors to get pre approved. Christian Brizzio was very quick to get back to me with an approval that was finally fair for my credit and with a vehicle that was extremely well priced in the first place. My only worry of buying the SUV was that the tires were pretty visibly worn but when we went to pick it up Christian informed me that the tires, brakes, didn't pass the safety so they replaced them as well as the dead battery and to top it all off it was in perfect condition and freshly detailed. The entire transaction lasted about 5 days. I am very happy with my new SUV and I will definitely be going back to Dalmar for my next vehicle. More

I leased a new Jetta in 2019 with Dalmar, had a very pleasant experience with the Salesperson Bora (Who now works at Audi I have heard, very pleasant salesperson), and received what I thought was a grea pleasant experience with the Salesperson Bora (Who now works at Audi I have heard, very pleasant salesperson), and received what I thought was a great price on a fine vehicle. Unfortunately, when I wanted to buy out my lease the customer service ceased, and I was left high and dry in what I believe was an attempt by Dalmar to take ownership of my vehicle when my lease term was finished by purposefully denying my attempt to buy the car. I went in-person multiple times (And was made to wait almost 2 hours during one visit) and was assured by the finance manager that buying my lease was a process and would take time and I would be contacted with details on how to complete said process. This never happened. I have 2 responding emails from Rob Rose that I initiated saying he would be in touch with the details but still received no follow up. No phone call, no text, nada. About 10 days before my lease was up, I phoned VW Leasing directly after getting no response from Dalmar and was told that when my lease ends I would only have a grace period of 3 days after that date to purchase the car, else it returns to the original dealership and I must drop it off and walk away. I was specifically told in-person by Rob Rose that I had much longer than this. Luckily, I was told that any dealership could process the buyout. Disappointed and fed up with Dalmar, I drove to Leavens VW that afternoon and was able to sit down with Darin at Leavens to have me in and out within 15 minutes of first meeting him with the ownership to the vehicle in my name. I still have not received any communication from Dalmar since those last 2 emails with Rob. I was treated very kindly the entire time and don’t blame anyone specifically as I understand that dealership decisions don’t just come from a salesperson or a finance manager arbitrarily. I don’t often write reviews but this had to be shared. Take what you will from it. More
