Hi, I'm Chris. I have been in the business for 33 years, and in that time I have assisted many customers with the purchase of their new vehicles. I have extensive knowledge in warranties, and dealership services and policies, and understand the ins and outs of financing, insurance and all after-sales options. Previous to my experience as an F&I Advisor, I worked as a salesperson. I have built relationships with many repeat clients over the years, and desire to achieve the very best in customer service experience possible. Well, this is Christmas Eve. It's also day two since we took delivery of our beautiful new Toyota CH-R nightshade edition. When I contacted Tony at the end of last week, I posed him with quite a task. I took delivery of our beautiful new Toyota CH-R nightshade edition. When I contacted Tony at the end of last week, I posed him with quite a task. I needed a car. I wanted an SUV type of vehicle and...I wanted it with all the options and upgrades my wife and I had decided we'd need because this vehicle was going to have to last us a very long time and it was going to have to be enjoyable the whole time. Tony came through with exactly what we were looking for and, as requested, he did it before the government imposed the lockdown. With three days to spare. He even contacted me simply to follow up and make sure we were happy and that we had no further questions. His honesty, integrity and commitment to his customer's needs is why we are now lifetime Whitby Toyota customers and we'll recommend Tony to all our friends and family. More
