Hi, I'm Chris. I have been in the business for 33 years, and in that time I have assisted many customers with the purchase of their new vehicles. I have extensive knowledge in warranties, and dealership services and policies, and understand the ins and outs of financing, insurance and all after-sales options. Previous to my experience as an F&I Advisor, I worked as a salesperson. I have built relationships with many repeat clients over the years, and desire to achieve the very best in customer service experience possible. New Car I was driving a 97 Buick which was working just fine for me. I just retired and wanted a new car so I went out and bought one. My spouse had a 1999 To I was driving a 97 Buick which was working just fine for me. I just retired and wanted a new car so I went out and bought one. My spouse had a 1999 Toyota Corolla with 378,000 plus kms on it and it just kept going. With a track record like that, I decided to buy a Toyota Camry and hope it does me as well as that old Corolla. I picked the car up today and have only driven 44 kms but I love the car. More

I wanted a specific model/option package & colour . Prepared to wait till found . Pricing and trade-in of my Toyota product very professional and fair. Andrew Ward did a great job with Whitby Toyota sales team to find and deliver the auto. He kept me informed of progress and had all paperwork ready for delivery. He took the time to go thru new features on Rav4 and help me set-up electronics, blue tooth etc. Very happy with new Rav4 and purchase process. I also know from servicing my previous Toyotas it will be will looked after during routine service checks. Andrew also put tabs in service manual so I could find key items quickly. Happy customer with another outstanding Toyota product. More

Great experience at Whitby Toyota with Gary Brown After 10 years with the Matrix it was time to move on. We were thinking of a Rav4 so Gary Brown had one ready for us to test drive upon arrival. After the test drive we sat down with him as he reviewed options of leasing as well as purchasing. This assisted greatly in making an informed decision in keeping with our needs. No pressure, just information. Chris Hiebert then assisted us with the other options by providing us with information on products and services which facilitated choices we were comfortable with. Before leaving the lot with our vehicle Gary spent all the time that was necessary to familiarize us with the technology and even activated our phone on Bluetooth and had us test it. We have never left a car lot with that much confidence and knowledge of the vehicle we purchased. As well as an open invitation to return for a refresher if it is ever necessary. More

In fact we We recently purchased a RAV4 from Whitby Toyota and we had an amazing and smooth experience, all thanks to our Sales Associate Seth Pillai. In fact we were looking at the Honda CRV & Nissan Rouge and found all the 3 vehicles quite comparable in terms of features, driving feel, etc. What made the difference was Seth. He took the time to explain the features and advantages of the RAV4 in detail and was very patient and made us feel at ease. He is truly an asset to his organization and I would give him a 10 out of 10. More

No-Fuss negotiation When I realized I needed to buy a new car I was very intimidated by the idea of negotiation and not getting a good price. I did alot of research ahead of time to prepare myself, but in the end Whitby Toyota made it really easy. I got a really great deal from Whitby Toyota without any fuss or excessive negotiation. Naturally they did offer some 'extras' like rust proofing and creditor insurance, but were very professional when I changed my mind about them or declined them upfront. They made my buying experience very pleasant and stress-free. I would definitely go back there next time! More

Exellent Product, Excellent Service, Excellent Dealership! I've been a customer of Whitby Toyota for almost 22 years since emigrating from UK. Toyota products speak for themselves but the impartial advice from a sales team whose product knowledge is not only exceptional but also delivered in a relaxed atmosphere is complemented by a Service and Parts team that are equally outstanding. So great and assuring! When I had first found my car it was just coming into the dealership! They were not even sure it was there! Then we went to see it and met Stephanie. Honestly, Stephanie Cockburn is highly recommended!! She makes car buying so easy. Her excitement made me even more excited! She is very informative - no hidden anything! Whenever she met us at the door she always had a huge smile! It was so great to work with her. We first worked with Chris as he was helping us do the financing and everything but sadly, with a death in his family, we began working with Angela. Angela was great! she helped us work out the monthly payments and was friendly! Even the goodies we got before we left was amazing! I will sport my new pink toyota beanie in my new car :) So happy! Just wish Whitby was closer to toronto!! Thank you all! More
