Hi, I'm Chris. I have been in the business for 33 years, and in that time I have assisted many customers with the purchase of their new vehicles. I have extensive knowledge in warranties, and dealership services and policies, and understand the ins and outs of financing, insurance and all after-sales options. Previous to my experience as an F&I Advisor, I worked as a salesperson. I have built relationships with many repeat clients over the years, and desire to achieve the very best in customer service experience possible. Excellent service...friendly employees I was treated with respect and courteously. I picked my new car up on December 23, 2016. The dealership closed for holidays at 2pm but I was unable I was treated with respect and courteously. I picked my new car up on December 23, 2016. Even though it was past closing time I felt confident that I was not being rushed. I would definitely recommend Gary to family and friends. More

Gary Brown, Excellent customer service start to finish. I recently had an accident, and my 2009 Rav 4 Limited was sadly written off. After receiving the settlement from the insurance company, I started to l I recently had an accident, and my 2009 Rav 4 Limited was sadly written off. After receiving the settlement from the insurance company, I started to look around for a replacement SUV, checking out Honda, Ford, Subaru, Nissan, and Toyota. My first visit was with Gary Brown from whom i had purchased the 2009 Rav 4 and other cars for my Mum. Gary as always provide excellent no pressure, professional and very friendly help in starting my search with and overview of the vehicle i was interested in and potential cost. With that in mind, I did the rounds at other dealers, all good SUV's. HOWEVER, the key driver that brought me back to Whitby Toyota was their excellent service over the years and in particular Gary Brown who once again provide my wife and I impeccable and excellent service from start to finish. He found the 2017 Rav 4 Limited we wanted, and had it ready for us on the day we asked for. On the day we received the car Gary wen above and beyond to make sure we understood all the key functions of the car and it many safety features. There is no question in my mind that I would recommend Gary and Whitby Toyota to anyone who asks particularly my friends. Thank You again Gary for every thing and be sure when I replace my other car you will be my first port of call. More

Wonderful experience! I know Toyota to be an excellent company with great products. I think that's so important, especially when making a major purchase such as a new car. The people on the sales team at Toyota were so friendly, helpful, professional & willing to spend time helping me decide what vehicle I wanted to purchase and explaining the features of different vehicles. 4th car from Whitby toyota I did look around , an informed consumer would only do that ,only to realize I was always comparing to Toyota. I do the same thing every time I buy a new car, therapeutic I guess. My daughter once went for a job interview , when asked what does "customer service" mean to you , she replied in a heartbeat "Gord at Whitby Toyota". I have a 2004 Sienna , currently being shipped back on a train from BC to Ont.. We expect the van to be here in 10 days . It was my daughter who left it out there the summer of 2016 who said "Gord at Whitby Toyota" in 2004. We were confident that the van could make a cross country trip with reliability. This is why.... I have performed all of the maintenance as per schedule at Whitby Toyota . Good service department Art , Kevin ,Steve ...........Reliability is second to none. 394,000 kl and many more to come But eventually you need to get a new car.....12 years later .......we decided on a Toyota Venza. With all of the plans we had this summer , the easiest was dealing with Gary at Whitby Toyota. He knew we would be back , he knew we had four Toyotas , he knew his product! . What he did not know is how much we love out new Venza . Thanks Gary We are a Toyota family because of you , Ian. Miles, Art ,Gary ,Kevin and the service at Whitby Toyota. More
