Sorry to write this , usually the entire staff at Daytona Toyota is AMAZING!!!!!!!!! This time around not so much , although the car was in for the free tint ( job is adequate, could have been better ) I rec Toyota is AMAZING!!!!!!!!! This time around not so much , although the car was in for the free tint ( job is adequate, could have been better ) I received my car back and had to go straight to car wash, I do realize nothing is perfect but the car could have at least been vacuumed out as I found several snapped off razor tips from the disposable razor knife used . I still think your establishment is great , just felt you needed to know this again sorry for writing this . More

I had the worst experience with Charles Mallard. Promised me a price over the phone, drove from Jacksonville, and took off work to go look at the car. Lo and behold, the price Charles gave me had never been approved; he never even asked. After our initial phone conversation we spoke several times through text regarding our ETA, who to make the check out to, etc. There were multiple opportunities for him to tell me that he actually couldn’t get the price he promised me. When I arrived, he said he had to leave for a church event, and confirmed we were set for the previously agreed upon price. I hope he continues to go to church and learns a thing or two about lying. James Mosher was the gentleman we ended up working with. He was honest, kind, and determined to work with us. Hire more people like James, less like Charles. More

I really appreciated the team at Daytona Toyota with their help purchasing a used certified 2021 Toyota Tacoma TRD off road 4wd truck. Geoff Murphy was the salesman, Charles Mallard the sales manager their help purchasing a used certified 2021 Toyota Tacoma TRD off road 4wd truck. Geoff Murphy was the salesman, Charles Mallard the sales manager and Kiki Rowell handled the financing process. I just cannot say enough about the three. From the start of the process to the end, I never felt rushed and a I felt appreciated as a customer. They answered all my questions and any concerns that I had and we were able to agree on a great price that made both of my six hour round trip travels worth the trouble. I want to add that even after the sale was a done deal and we had basically wrapped everything up, Geoff walked me through a tour of the entire service department in case I needed to use them in the future and he made sure that the truck was completely ready to go before I drove it off the lot. You feel really appreciated as a customer when you receive that kind of attention. At so many places today, customer service only seems to be good If that particular establishment is priced greater, usually a lot greater, than the competition. The usual choice seems to be you either get the discount store experience of good prices and horrible customer service or you get the premium store experience of great customer service but at a high price tag. That is not my experience with Daytona Toyota, however. They gave me both a great customer service experience and a great price. I highly recommend them! More
