I saw a pre-owned vehicle online and decided to drive to the dealership Saturday night to look at it. K'Jorn met us in the parking lot as we parked our car. We went in to the office and looked at the car online. K'Jorn said he could bring the car down from the main lot and I could take it for a drive. And that's exactly what happened. No pressure sales tactics. I got a fair deal and drove the car home that evening. I love my new Celestial Silver Toyota Camry hybrid. It's a really great car. It's my third purchase of a pre-owned car from Daytona Toyota, and I'm always pleased with my purchase! More

Misleading Advertising and Hidden Markups I was drawn to Daytona Toyota because of their promise to support local customers with lifetime benefits. Their website clearly states: “When you buy a new Toyot Daytona Toyota because of their promise to support local customers with lifetime benefits. Their website clearly states: “When you buy a new Toyota directly from our dealership, you’re supported by a lifetime warranty for as long as you own your vehicle. This includes everything that’s covered within the manufacturer’s warranty including the engine, transmission/transaxle, and drivetrain.” They also advertise lifetime oil changes and emphasize that these benefits come at no extra cost, stating: “How much will it cost? Zero. We're trying to build 'Customers for Life' so the Lifetime Warranty comes standard with every new vehicle and is included at no extra charge.” Unfortunately, my experience didn’t match these promises. When I asked for a written price on a new vehicle, they added $5,000 to the MSRP. This markup was never disclosed upfront and felt deceptive — especially considering their claim that the warranty and oil changes are included “at no extra charge.” If you're considering buying from Daytona Toyota, be cautious. Get everything in writing and double-check the pricing. What’s advertised as free may come with a hidden cost. I didn't buy my car here just because of the deceptive advertising. More
