From the moment I walked into Otto's I was treated like a good friend. Dan not only was genuine in his approach but knowledgeable and easy to work with! I had a unique situation (working remotely) but Dan w good friend. Dan not only was genuine in his approach but knowledgeable and easy to work with! I had a unique situation (working remotely) but Dan was happy to help me get into my new daily driver with ease, and he managed the whole process like a true professional. I appreciate it the knowledge and support, and I can tell that Dan enjoys his job which makes the whole experience better. More

I had the pleasure of meeting Wilmer Rodriguez who is the GM while I was walking through the parking lot looking for the car I saw online. I arrived before the dealership was sculled to open and Wilmer took GM while I was walking through the parking lot looking for the car I saw online. I arrived before the dealership was sculled to open and Wilmer took the time to help me, Wilmer also had one of his salesmen start his shift 1 hour early to help me and showed respect for my time, I thought that this was above and beyond customer service, and I knew at that time I was dealing with good people. From there Ralph took good care of me. thank you Wilmer and thank you Ralph for a wonderful experience. More

This was a fantastic buying experience . I am from out of state and Ian was so friendly in conversation including negotiation which made the experience so worth it . Once we decided on the deal , he was so state and Ian was so friendly in conversation including negotiation which made the experience so worth it . Once we decided on the deal , he was so courteous and meticulous about all the details and getting everything done so I could fly in and out . And that’s what it was literally - it took me like maybe max an hour to get everything done and drive out . He made it so smooth and fun as well for me and my family .
