Tire service was good. But took 2 trips. Inside plastic door handle melting. Said it wasnt thier problem. Same thing with super stinky air coming from A /C vents. Told them my low battery ch Inside plastic door handle melting. Said it wasnt thier problem. Same thing with super stinky air coming from A /C vents. Told them my low battery charge lite came on. They forgot to check it. Rear end of car sags on one side, said it was within limits. Ha! They were ready to help, but wanted a bag of money. 2 months out of warrentee! More

He did not hesitate to jump right in and do all he could to please! The management and finance department were very easy to work with, and very knowledgeable! I have bought several cars from Ferman BMW, and they are the only BMW dealership I will buy a car from. Their service department is second to none, and they are always extremely responsive, and go above and beyond to please! More

Bad day turned into a great day! Unexpectedly needed a new vehicle due to an expensive repair that, in my opinion, should have been a recall for the N20 & N26 engines. Found myself in Unexpectedly needed a new vehicle due to an expensive repair that, in my opinion, should have been a recall for the N20 & N26 engines. Found myself in a precarious place with negative equity and nowhere to go except into another BMW. Feeling hopeless and stuck, I worked with Brian Pelletier in Service who got me in touch with Brian Gains, a seasoned professional who took great care of me. Worked the numbers so I was able to drive away in a few days in a new 2018 X1 with a great warranty including unlimited mileage. Erin in finance made the “drive day” even more pleasant. Super happy and will look forward to recommending Ferman to anyone I can! More

Much better than the competition Cesar is a friendly and helpful service advisor. He responds to questions and provides updates on their progress, which I appreciate. I took the car to another dealer in town, which gave poor service, depsite us having a vehicle under warranty. The Ferman BMW service team treated us right and resolved our issues. I will bring our X3 back to Ferman for service, despite the long drive. More
