I will never purchase another BMW ever! I called Ferman to make an appointment for service. My convertible top is not working, a headlight is out and the windshield wiper fluid line is leak I called Ferman to make an appointment for service. My convertible top is not working, a headlight is out and the windshield wiper fluid line is leaking. I was told that my 2007 Z4 is too old to be serviced there anymore. I would never buy another car from a company that does NOT stand behind their product or care about their customer! All Ferman cares about is money.
