Carter Ward was outstanding! Courteous, respectful, and efficient. He was quick to contact me on my online inquiry, even though it was after hours. We set up a time for the next Courteous, respectful, and efficient. He was quick to contact me on my online inquiry, even though it was after hours. We set up a time for the next day and he contacted me 30 minutes beforehand to ensure we were still on. I thought the deal was fair for the car I bought and for my trade in. He laid the deal out and I was pleased that there were no crazy charges involved other than the doc fee that I thought was relatively reasonable (even though I hate doc fees). All in all, I had a really good experience. More
