Good service and gets your car taken care of. Great waiting area. I like that they great about reviewing inspections with thw customer. They don't sell anything beyond what is needed. When I bought my slightly used 2020 RAV 4 Hybrid at Royal Moore, the customer service was excellent. In March, I went to the car wash, and one of my sensors got pushed in, so I went to have it fixed, and Gre Moore, the customer service was excellent. In March, I went to the car wash, and one of my sensors got pushed in, so I went to have it fixed, and Gresham Toyota was so honest, that they told me that another sensor had come loose, and fallen in to the bumper as it wasn’t attached properly, and suggested that I go back to Royal Moore for correction. So I went back to Royal Moore to have them deal with the issue as it was improperly attached by one of their employees years ago, and they did an amazing job. They took care of me, owned their mistake, and honestly, it was one of the best customer service experiences that I’ve had. I love my car and it runs perfectly! Carmen was absolutely incredible. Carmen was kind, caring, and really put my needs first. He deserves a raise 🌺. I most definitely will be back to Royal Moore for my next vehicle. If you’re looking for a vehicle, go to Royal Moore, they will take care of you ❤️ More

Caroline and Tommy were prompt, thoughtful, kind people whole were very careful with my 2006 RAV4. Tommy caught an emerging problem, took me to the vehicle to see it for myself, talked me through the optio whole were very careful with my 2006 RAV4. I appreciate the time and effort that Royal Moore takes to make sure the work on my car is done properly, and to help me understand my options. I drive an extra 10 miles to them, instead of two different T to make sure the work on my car is done properly, and to help me understand my options. I drive an extra 10 miles to them, instead of two different Toyota dealerships closer by because of this. Caroline was awesome at working my highlander issue in between other cars, even without my having an appointment. Definitely a friendly and familial feel at their service department. I would not want to publicly recommend to anyone because then they will get way to busy and the secret will be out LOL More
