I was really saddened by the fact that my 2018 X3 with 60,000 miles on it has cooling issues up to the sum of $10,000 which is an issue that BMW is very aware of and tells me he’s gonna get worse as the f 60,000 miles on it has cooling issues up to the sum of $10,000 which is an issue that BMW is very aware of and tells me he’s gonna get worse as the future goes And I have another X3 in my garage with 20,000 miles that obviously the same thing is gonna happen very hard pressed to say I’ll buy another BMW More

Usually, I have nothing but a positive experience however, this last time it seemed to be extremely confusing. The first time I had my car, and I had waited almost a month for the appointment and exp however, this last time it seemed to be extremely confusing. The first time I had my car, and I had waited almost a month for the appointment and expected a loaner, and who ever was responsible for setting all that up, did not link my vehicle to my name to my account… I did not get a loaner… I could not wait therefore I had to reschedule. Basically… Everything would have passed that day but because I then had to take a 2000 mile road trip… my tires did not pass… Which I knew I was going to have to deal with at a later date however now it stopped the process. So after receiving constant late notifications about my inspections, during my vacation and then after I had to once again, get my tire situated before the inspection I then was finally able to get in and get my inspection and then was told I would be able to come in with about a 15 minute turnaround, which of course then turned into over an hour. However, Caroline was my contact that day and she was great and informed me what was going on so it all works out in the end. I'm just not used to how it went down this time taking three visits, basically. More
