I had a 10 AM appointment to have my car serviced and was In an out in less than 15 minutes. I got a text message a few hours later that the car was ready to go. Excellent Service !!! - Carlos Munoz I had a service appointment for my annual oil change for later in the week. On Sunday night, I noticed a screw n my tire. I contacted Carlos Monday I had a service appointment for my annual oil change for later in the week. On Sunday night, I noticed a screw n my tire. I contacted Carlos Monday morning and explained the situation. He was able to get me an appointment the next day to have the tire looked at. He even ordered a tire just in case it needed to be replaced. I brought the car in and it turned out I had 2 screws in the same tire. The tire was replaced since I have the tire package and the oil change was done. Carlos provided excellent customer service and was simply fantastic. He made the whole process very easy and quick. Thank you Carlos!!! More

Engine issues and recalls Carlos Munoz was very prompt, respectful and professional. we have a warranty with a company that would not cover gaskets or actually anything. we wer Carlos Munoz was very prompt, respectful and professional. we have a warranty with a company that would not cover gaskets or actually anything. we were not aware of the coverage's we paid a few thousand for the warranty and it is useless Carlos tried his best. He was very professional and and efficient. He gave me a car to drive home until the repairs were complete (2 days). This dealership is very accommodating.
