Outstanding Customer Service Recently purchased a new 2020 Z4 from Jack Hojnacki. The time Jack spent helping me build my car was greatly appreciated. He also accomodated my sched Recently purchased a new 2020 Z4 from Jack Hojnacki. The time Jack spent helping me build my car was greatly appreciated. He also accomodated my schedule and agreed to meet when it was convenient for me. I think I can sum up my feelings about Jack by saying that this is the 10th BMW I’ve purchased from Jack, 13 BMWs if you include the cars my wife has purchased. I will only deal with Jack when I purchase a car! More

The $29.95 oil change special turned out to cost $64.96, a surprise. The cost of installation of my provided air filter was reasonable, though. The facility deserves a 5- star rating but the cost if service limits my rating to a 3 stars. More
