I brought in my 2022 Tucson for oil change in Jan 15. I told the staff the power window locks for rear seat is not functioned, can he take a look so I can make an appointment for repair if necessary. But I told the staff the power window locks for rear seat is not functioned, can he take a look so I can make an appointment for repair if necessary. But he said the Tucson is not equipped with power window lock for rear seat. So I went home double check the car manual and sure that switches is to lock the rear seat window. What a mis-leading, his name is Kenneth Begeske. I called back to the dealer and someone helped me left a message to the manager, but no response until now. More

Unprofessional & lazy was my experience with Carlos. He gave me his card & wanted to make money off me but didn’t even bother asking my name. Didn’t even move to show me car I was looking at- sent me ou He gave me his card & wanted to make money off me but didn’t even bother asking my name. Didn’t even move to show me car I was looking at- sent me outside and said doors are unlocked so you can look. I did look & came back with questions that he couldn’t answer. I felt like he didn’t even want to be working or dealing with people, I’m in an industry where I work with people everyday-I would never treat anyone that way. More
