I've had the pleasure of working with the Klaben family for over 40 years. I started out washing cars, driving the parts truck and selling cars. After graduating from the University of Akron I was given the opportunity to work as a service advisor, which then led to being a dispatcher, and then service management. I've lived in the Akron/Kent area all my life. I enjoy spending time with my family, my dogs and in the Summit County Metro Parks.

Kim Wolfram is amazing. On May 31, 2025, I brought a recent acquisition in to Klaben Ford-Lincoln of Kent for 2 tires and an alignment (plus a few minor things) and left ver On May 31, 2025, I brought a recent acquisition in to Klaben Ford-Lincoln of Kent for 2 tires and an alignment (plus a few minor things) and left very specific instructions about saving the two old tires which still had enough tread on them to make spares. I had also detailed the vehicle before going in for the tires and they took excellant care of my car, the way I do. It was as clean coming out of the dealership as it had been going in. And when I picked it up Carl B. stopped at Kim's desk to say hello and ask how my family was doing. What a class act, love them! More
