In regards to buying a vehicle, I have never dealt with anyone in London before, but did have Courtesy Ford Lincoln (CFL) saved in my bookmarks from when I first started looking for a new vehicle a few months ago. It started as an email between Bryan and I and grew to a purchase around a week and a half later. I have no regrets - I love the truck. Besides Bryan, the finance staff (George) was quite helpful as were the ladies at the front desk. I was made more welcome there than at a family get-together. I was full of stress and anxiety, but it was a smooth transaction none-the-less. Not only will I will tell my friends about CFL, but I know I'll be back. More

Everything was low pressure and he made sure to cover everything when describing the leasing options and vehicle details. I also got to work with Matt Armstrong on the finance side. Matt is also very friendly and knowledgeable, and makes the whole finance process easy to understand and handles everything he can for you to make it go as smoothly as possible. I really enjoyed the entire process and will be going back to Courtesy Ford from now on and would highly recommend them to anyone. More
