Excellent experience. We were treated very well. Crest had already arranged for a Loaner Vehicle, just in case the issue with my car would take a little time. Bryce imm We were treated very well. Crest had already arranged for a Loaner Vehicle, just in case the issue with my car would take a little time. Bryce immediately found two problems, so Brian whisked us away in the Loaner. It was great because we live an hour and a half to two hours away. Bryce kept me informed and then he called to let me know my car was ready. Thank you to the entire Crest team. More

My first experience was wonderful. But the second one not so much. I scheduled an appointment online for regular maintenance and a loaner car so we could go to the mall while we waited But the second one not so much. I scheduled an appointment online for regular maintenance and a loaner car so we could go to the mall while we waited. We walked the mall, we saw a movie and still no call it was ready. I was expecting it to be a couple hours like last time. At this point I called the dealership. I was told that since I got a loaner car then I’m “NOT PRIORITY”. ( Not to mention, I noticed and commented to my mother when we arrived, that it looked like a slow day and maybe it would be ready sooner than last time). I immediately returned to the dealership to speak to a manager. When I said to the manager about not being “priority” I was told “she’s new”. I responded in that case she should be supervised more closely. I was then told it would.be ready at 5 o’clock. I live in Denison. It’s an hour drive and now I’m told I get to go home during rush-hour traffic, which is most likely a 2 hour drive. Not to mention that my 86 year-old mother was with me and the employees knew that. I would not have requested a courtesy if I knew this beforehand. Granted I scheduled it online, but there was no warning about it online nor when we arrived at the dealership that it would take much much longer than the first time I was there, which was about two hours. I ended up having to drive the car home and a man drove my car back to me the next morning. He was not very nice. In fact, he was pretty rude when I tried to ask questions. I asked about being told by the manager himself that he personally would drive my car home. That was a lie. I’m still going to come use this dealership because it’s closest to me. I hope that people will be more upfront with me about what to expect will happen! More

Thank you Bryan Bingham & Bryce Williams for taking care of the issue I was experiencing with my 2022 XC60. Even though this is the second time we’ve been in since purchasing the vehicle on Feb. 5, 2025, of the issue I was experiencing with my 2022 XC60. Even though this is the second time we’ve been in since purchasing the vehicle on Feb. 5, 2025, I feel like we have been taken care of very well. When we started having issues, I thought, we might feel unwelcomed. I also felt that possibly no one would want to help us. This is not the situation at all. We have been treated extremely well and I feel that Bryan and Bryce were sincere. This is extremely important to me. I was given a courtesy car to use while they worked on my car. Thank you for taking such great care of my car. More
