Every single visit is a nightmare. Neighbors switched brands entirely because of this incompetence. I own two BMWs currently and refuse to buy here because of the service department. Here's two recent examples: Last oil change on my X6: bone-dry wiper fluid a few weeks after oil change. This morning: drove to dealership to buy antifreeze because the low coolant light’s been on for two weeks, still a bit from next service. Had a decent rep (Brooke) for my X3 last week: first and only positive. From now on, I’m leaving a review every time. Nothing changes. Other customers in the lobby echo the same frustrations. I try to avoid visits at all cost. More
