It’s surprising to me that a car comes in for an oil change with 48k miles and needs 6k in repairs. Including engine mounts which were already replaced in Oct 2022. I don’t know if engine mounts are your standard upsell - a friend of mine was also told a year ago by this dealer that they needed theirs replaced. They did nothing and there’s been no issue and another BMW dealer told them they didn’t need to be replaced. A car with 48k miles should not require engine mounts to be replaced, twice. That’s clearly a problem with the vehicle if true. Brooke tried to tell me it’s the auto on/off feature yet that’s a feature I have never used. I immediately turn it off the minute I turn the car on. Will never be back to this dealer. More
