Endless Service Very poor service, with no regard for customer requests. Also, I had my vehicle in for a detail. It was done very poorly. The service team seemed help Very poor service, with no regard for customer requests. Also, I had my vehicle in for a detail. It was done very poorly. The service team seemed helpful at first and said they would redo the detail at no cost. However, the vehicle is still very dirty. There are multiple spots that were never even touched. The team didn't even bother to clean the back of the vehicle. They ended up keeping my vehicle in the shop for nearly a week and made me cover half of a rental vehicle for their mistake. Worst experience I have had at a dealership. More

Service was great as usual The customer service I recieved from the minute I drove in, through the quote, inspection, service, and return of my vehicle was top notch. Brittany w The customer service I recieved from the minute I drove in, through the quote, inspection, service, and return of my vehicle was top notch. Brittany was personable, knowledgable, and attentive. She remember me by name when I returned to pick up the vehicle. This is not the first time I have brought my vehicles to North Star ford for service and wont be my last as their people have always treated me well. My only issue was the amount I had to pay to have my 3 issues looked at was each charged seperatly by the hour rate, even though the total inspection took less then an hour. I know this is typical dealership and big business policy but it still bugs me every time :) More

Great Service Booked appt. a few weeks ago to have winter tires removed & summers installed. Got a call the day before the appt to confirm that I was coming. Dropp Booked appt. a few weeks ago to have winter tires removed & summers installed. Got a call the day before the appt to confirm that I was coming. Dropped off car & waited in the waiting room. Car was ready in an hour. Price was lower than I had paid at other dealers with my last car. More
