The last time I step foot in this dealership I would give it a zero rating if I could. Have gone to this dealership a few times for oil changes, tire purchases, suspension issues (covered under w I would give it a zero rating if I could. Have gone to this dealership a few times for oil changes, tire purchases, suspension issues (covered under warranty). Which all went reasonably okay, but never felt like honest work was being done, and that they were trying to pry every penny I had (upselling, etc). Nonetheless, for some reason I kept going back for the small repairs/services. Brakes on my vehicle were squealing for a week or two, so I took it into ford for a quote. Once there, was notified that there was a $150 diagnosis fee. I needed the work done and took the day off work already, so had to go ahead with it. Two hours later, received a call with a $1700+ quote. Right away said no thanks, and I would pick up my vehicle. After doing some research, I took it to a reputable, independent shop. They test drove it, inspected the brakes, and in the end, deglazed the front pads. Total cost of $103. Drove home and the brakes felt great, and no squealing noises. The Ford diagnosis fee ($155) cost more than the repair itself. Would never recommend this dealership to anyone, and will never step foot in it again. I rarely write reviews for businesses or open survey emails, but I had to for this one. More

Fast, efficent service. We lost a key while on holidays visiting Calgary and needed it reprogramed. NorthStar had parts in stock and was able to fit me in on short notice.
