Gas tank replacement................. Good work, but customer service?? Took 5 hours instead of the 1hr30 claimed. No update unless I pursued one. Given I got up early to arrive there at opening and wait there, this was unimpressive. That apart, their service person was very friendly and helpful. Very disappointed to find their shuttle driver would not take me home as I "live outside the NW". This was not what I was told when buying this car (and my daughter's car) from here! I am now looking for a different place to buy from and obtain service. More

Quick and Professional My vehicle broke down near this dealership and I had it towed there, otherwise I would have never used this dealership as I live far south. They were My vehicle broke down near this dealership and I had it towed there, otherwise I would have never used this dealership as I live far south. They were professional and easy to deal with (I was having an awful day.) The breakdown was caused by a part that was covered under extended warranty, and they had the problem fixed incredibly quickly. I then added a few service requests, and the resulting work was completed before the end of the day. These guys are quicker than Maclin or Metro Ford (shhhhh). More
