Unhelpful Kind of unwelcomed not my problem kind of thing. The only reason I went to northstar because they work on weekends, told the diagnosis cost is $180 an Kind of unwelcomed not my problem kind of thing. The only reason I went to northstar because they work on weekends, told the diagnosis cost is $180 and ended up paying $280 for the hidden fees, miss informed, never solved car issue, car even came out in much worse conditions, the nattery drained and started shut down everything was scared about my safety while driving home after northstar visit More

Nothing wrong with the service, just too expensive Took truck in for seat repair which was completed. Asked for an anti-freeze check at same time. Was charged29.95 plus shop supplies, plus gst totalling around 35.00. for this 5 minute check. Outrageous.. after spending over 30,000 four months ago. Some places perform this service free!!! More
