As always the service dept. did a great job I had the pleasure of working with Brittany Fjellstad when I stopped into the service dept. Brittany made sure that the tire change that I booked in I had the pleasure of working with Brittany Fjellstad when I stopped into the service dept. Brittany made sure that the tire change that I booked in for was done , and kept me up to date on the work .The technician working on my truck noticed a small brake issue when test driving , I was informed of the issue by Brittany and the problem was solved and I had keys in my hand at the end of the day . They were on it right away to take pictures of the faulty tail light section and forward it for warranty replacement approval. Also the hands free tailgate was not functioning. They asked a few important questions in a manner that did not put me on the spot or on the defensive. Received a phone call a couple of hours later with an update and arrangements for the shuttle to pick me up. Looking forward to my return visit to have the light bar replaced. More

Brought my car in for a tire swap, and seasonal maintenance. THE CAR WAS BROUGHT IN AND A WONDERFUL YOUNG LADY NAMED BRITANY WAITED ON ME. SHE WAS VERY POLITE AND COUTIOUS. SHE DIRECTEC ME TO THE LOUNGE AND THE CAR WAS BROUGHT IN AND A WONDERFUL YOUNG LADY NAMED BRITANY WAITED ON ME. SHE WAS VERY POLITE AND COUTIOUS. SHE DIRECTEC ME TO THE LOUNGE AND I WAITED FOR THE SHUTTLE HOME.. SHE CALLED ME LATE AND EXPLAINED SOME OF THE FINDINGS AND WHEN I TOLD HER THAT I WANTED A SECOND OPTION, SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL. I think that this is exactly what has been a r A leak of head gasket (pinion seal as well as 8 additional gaskets) being replaced during one service. I think that this is exactly what has been a recall on some newer model Escapes.. Additionally, 6 weeks later a leak was noticed which resulted in the oil pan gasket replacement. I have my fingers crossed that the leaks do not materialize again but have the service records close at hand just in case. More
