They tried and did an unauthorized full inspection and tried to charge me for this. Then tried to pin the charge on me based on that they found the recall and hub issue from it,!?!? The one I told them about!!! Gold me they could get at the extra issues today but might be able to tomorrow if I left it, I did leave it. Only to get there the next day faced with the charges I didn't ask for and the information that they didn't have the parts needed for the work anyways so could have never maybe gotten to it that extra day. Okay so I book it in for the remainder of the work a week and half later, drop it off Sunday night for the work. Had to phone them to find out what has happened with the truck, more work needs to be done as a result of not addressing the hub initially, and yes need to do it tomorrow. Par for the course at this point. Again don't hear from them until I call at the end of the day, when I am there to pick it up she informs me that they not only didn't do the recall but may not have ordered the parts, when she digs up the parts makes out the hero and wants to keep it one more day, this time assures me they will be done by noon, Yup 1:30 I get a call. Don't feel communication was good and question the honesty of what I was being told. Won't return More

Longest Oil Change EVER Went in for an oil change and tire change last week and the mechanic somehow managed to smash my windshield. As unimpressed as I was, I understand that accidents happen--that isn't why I'm leaving a bad review. No, it was how the situation was handled afterwards to really annoyed me. They kept my car for an extra day to replace the windshield, but ordered in the wrong one. This is the same dealership I bought the car from, so I do not know how they could have screwed that up. I only found out about the mix up when I finally called to see if the car was ready for pick-up because I hadn't heard from Northstar all day. 4pm on a Friday, they tell me I'll have to return the following week because they screwed up. Finally, on day THREE I got my car back in one piece. There was no compensation offered for taking up two extra days of my time and no apology given. More

We've had to have it replaced twice in the last year as it keeps cracking. The service has been nothing but excellent and very accommodating each time but it has been extremely inconvenient to have to get this work done as we live outside of the city. We really like the vehicle but we really hate the sunroof. We're scared to even open it as it might crack again and maybe shatter. My husband would love to buy a Focus RS but doesn't want to have to worry about having to deal with poor workmanship from the factory. More

Oil change, tire swap and detail I took my 2015 F-150 in for its sxheduke oil change and to have the winter tires swapped. I also booked it for a detail as they were running a special $79.95. Booking is easy and the drop off procedure was pretty quick and service staff is curteous. I was told they would need most of they. I got a call and truck was ready earlier :). Problems started when I went to pick it up. Got there to pay and they dinged me for an extra $10 for shop supplies for the detail. No mention of this when booking or dropping off. I think this is horrible service and out right lying to the customer whe. Telling me it was only $79.95. Also when reading over the service sheet I discover that the tech noticed a oil leak on the engine. Again no mention of this by the service staff when they called me to say truck was ready, also no explanation as to if it is serious or not, how soon it should be fixed etc. I would expect this to be mentioned and for a recommendation to remedy. The good news is the detailing was excellent truck was shiny and clean probably cleaner than when I first got it. Would have no problem paying the extra $10 just tell me up front and don’t lie. No issues with the quality of the oil change and tire swap. More
