My purchase a Capital in Regina is by far the best experience I have ever had. I was picked up at the airport in my new vehicle which was fully detailed and full of fuel. Brady drove me back to the dealership to finalize purchase and was on my way home in less than 45 minutes including getting a temporary plate at SGI. Brady has followed up on my purchase to make sure everything is as it should be. I told him I had just finished my out of province inspection where the mechanic told me he hasn’t seen a pickup in such pristine shape in a long time. I highly recommend this dealership and the staff that works there. More

Poor Experience When I began looking for a MKX my 1st choice was Capital Ford Lincolin in Regina. The Customer Service received by my sales representative Brady Per When I began looking for a MKX my 1st choice was Capital Ford Lincolin in Regina. The Customer Service received by my sales representative Brady Perepeluk was excellent! The Finance Manager Mohammad Alam was excellent! I had a very poor experience working with Phlip Neill the Sales Manager. When it came down to making an offer to purchase he was anything but understanding and basically told me how much I could purchase the vehicle for and that would be non negotionable. I told him I'm also interested in adding on a extended warranty and his reply was "that's not my dept". I offered to purchase the MKX at his sugested final offer but offered to split the taxes. He basically said his final offer is on paper an thanks for coming in. I left my offer to purchase with Brady and apologized for wasting his afternoon. I told him I wasn't happy with Philip his Sales Manager and I told Brady that my wife was interested in purchasing a Lincoln SUV , but taking the poor experience I just had with his Sales Manager it probably wouldn't be happening!!! More
