I was greeted immediately upon arriving to the dealership and was offered a wide array of purchase options that effectively matched my needs and my budget. I felt as Brad really took his time to listen to my personal preferences and current needs in terms of purchasing a new car—it is a big decision. He offered a test drive and provided me with professional advice related to the car of my interest. He then reviewed other options and finally I was able to decide to buy a car I really wanted- Volkswagen Passat. James who is in charge of the financing component ensured that I was aware of all the procedures involved in the process of buying a new car- it was my first time. I felt as I was well-informed and ready to make my final decision. He answered all of my questions and I had many :) ? I’m very thankful for being provided with such a superior service by Brad and James at the Grande Prairie Volkswagen Dealership. I got everything I wanted the right model with the right features and the right color! Thank you guys! More

The sales people were super friendly and informative and they were not pushy at all. I especially appreciated that all the staff seemed to have great camaraderie. They didn't seem territorial over customers and genuinely wanted to help each other in order to better help me. Sales Team When I first came into GP Volkswagen, I was looking for a replacement car due to selling mine. I spoke to Brad and asked him what he had in stock for When I first came into GP Volkswagen, I was looking for a replacement car due to selling mine. I spoke to Brad and asked him what he had in stock for used models. I was very particular in what I wanted for a vehicle. Brad and I looked at a few cars but were coming up with no luck finding one I liked. He continued to keep an eye open for me on trade ins that I would like. We were having trouble finding one so he recommended trying out a new model. During the few months that Brad was keeping an eye on trades for me my truck was starting to cause me problems. I come in to Volkswagen to talk to Brad and asked him about any trucks that I would like. He immediately looked on the website and there was a 2010 Ford at Nissan. We left Volkswagen and I test drove the Ford. I purchased the Ford and Brad was very helpful in suggesting an insurance broker that he uses due to the higher cost of mine. His broker was $400 cheaper per year and very quick to help me. I thanked him for all his assistance and would recommend any of my friends or family to talk to him. More
