I was not impressed with the cleaning of the vehicle upon pick up, nor the demo of the vehicle by the expert who assisted but Bobby more then made up with his ability to assist and ease to deal with. If it wasn't for Bobby I would not have purchased this vehicle or any of the others I have bought from the dealership, not would I have reffered the numerous friends and family to Parkview. The service department is terribe but Bobby keeps bringing me back. ALWAYS there when I have a question or need something. More

Excellent purchasing experience again! I needed to get a new car and shopped around at a number of different dealerships selling different makes of cars. Except for one other sales person ( I needed to get a new car and shopped around at a number of different dealerships selling different makes of cars. Except for one other sales person (besides Bobby) who was not bad, all the other experiences were substandard. in the end I reached an agreement with Bobby again, he is a true professional at what he does. Knowledgeable, reads people very well, not pushy but persistent, engaging and classy. Bobby has sold me 3 or 4 cars by now and I will back to see him again should I need another one. Adrian was also excellent at his job of explaining the cars features. Although since I have owned many BMW’s, his job was not difficult ;) More

Great buying experience - Jeff is responsive and attentive I bought 328i xdrive wagon from Jeff. Not my first BMW and not the first from Parkview BMW. Sales experience was excellent. I found the car online and I bought 328i xdrive wagon from Jeff. Not my first BMW and not the first from Parkview BMW. Sales experience was excellent. I found the car online and contacted Jeff with some questions: - His response was fast and he delivered all the information I asked for (service history, car proof, etc) - He always used my preferred method of communication - He was very accommodating to my schedule - There were no pushy tactics, Jeff is very relaxed and calm and he let me take all the time I needed to check the car - No arguing over things I pointed out and we quickly agreed on what it would take to close the sale. I must mention Alexandrine, Lambri and Raul who worked with Jeff on business and delivery side of things. Excellent experience as well. Alexandrine was phenomenal as well. She was very clear on setting expectations from the get go (what I need to do (proof of insurance, method of payment, etc) and what Parkview will do (prep and delivery timelines, registration, etc). As a result - experience was as painless and frustration free as it could be. Honorable mention - Bobby Milonakis who took care of my previous purchase at Parkview, him and Jeff should franchise something like "Proper BMW Sales Experience" and train other employees. More
