I asked a lot of questions regarding the history and the condition of the 2015 coup I was considering. Bobby did not only verbally answered them, but he presented me with service history and showed me physical proof that the vehicle was accident free. Bobby also permitted me to have my uncle, an auto mechanic, inspect the coup bumper to bumper and up on a hoist. From my experience, in my search for my dream car, this kind of transparency is rare in the used car business...but I found it here with Bobby at Parkview BMW. More

What worked well: - Bobby hands down one of the nicest salesman - Friendly staff - Large selection of new and used with a nice showroom What could be improved: - Delivery - Condition of vehicle should have been better (scuffs and paint chips and needed a thorough vacuum). - Delivery - Possession of vehicle was delayed and poorly communicated requiring me to rearrange my work schedule and insurance. Perfect professional teamwork that fit my (unusual) needs, I had been searching for months for just the right 3-series and finally found what appeared to be the right car for me at Parkview. Only problem was I had been searching for months for just the right 3-series and finally found what appeared to be the right car for me at Parkview. Only problem was I live 500 km away in Ottawa. I had driven this type of vehicle enough to know I'm good with the model, so it was only a matter of being comfortable with this particular car and negotiating a fair price (and trade-in). Bobby was EXTREMELY helpful and went to great lengths to get me all the info I needed to be confident that Parkview did, indeed, have a great car for my needs and allow me to comfortably and efficiently settle the deal remotely, without even having seen the car in-person. It's not the way I'd advise anyone to buy a car, but if you're going to do it this way, these guys are great at it. They provided clear instructions in advance on what I needed to do and bring with me, Samantha smoothly got me through all the paperwork at the dealership and Chris gave me all the training I hadn't realized I needed to get the most out of this beauty. That's teamwork and professionalism I appreciate. More
