I walked into the BMW dealership and met Bobby. He was so kind and genuine. He wasn't hard selling at all. He spent the time I needed and gave me all the information required to make a decision. When there was some paperwork to sort out over a few days, he remained patient and professional. When the time came to go in and pick up the vehicle, he was there to join me. It was not required but it was a full service experience - he introduced me to the technical folks to explain all the bells and whistles, and was there to wave me away when I left. Oh and did I mention the fun big red bow he put on the hood to make me feel extra special that day? The good service continued - as he reached out to me after the car was in my possession to make sure everything was ok. He answered my questions promptly and thoroughly. A very experienced but most importantly genuine sales person that you should meet if you are looking for a pre-owned vehicle. Bobby is definitely someone you can trust and count on. More
