When my dad and father in law “retired” from car maintenance, Bobby has been my advisor. I have been visiting Bobby for service on my 2006 Honda Pilot for as long as I can remember. Mr. Howard was professional and friendly. However, the seat in my car was lowered during service and when I asked him to raise it he said it wasn't possible in my car, that it was built "low to the ground seat in my car was lowered during service and when I asked him to raise it he said it wasn't possible in my car, that it was built "low to the ground" and there was nothing I could do.. I called the next day and they said bring it in and they'd do it for me right away. It was a simple lever and was done in seconds. His information was wrong, which cost me time and discomfort (having to ride in a lowered seat - including adjusting windows, etc.) Also, I came in for a windshield wiper reservoir that was leaking. It was fixed, but it had been already serviced before by the dealer and according to Mr. Howard it was done incorrectly. I don't think I should have to pay again for something that was supposed to have been address before but was done incorrectly, according to the technician who repaired it. Not a good visit. More
