Excellent personalities who deliver customer service with authenticity - no fake customer service attitudes found here! To the owner Jay, please give them kudos, the talent is hopefully well recognized and deserved. Also, the folks on the Service team have been great. I am admittedly and without a doubt, a "particular" customer, to the point I want a specific PSI set for my tire pressure. Bob, Stephen, & Nataly ALL have been excellent. A+. Excellent and attentive customer service from sales representatives through finance and delivery. We went looking for a pre-owned CX-5 and found a new CX-90 PHEV just in time for a very good lease off representatives through finance and delivery. Brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance and added accessories. Luis the service advisor was very helpful and let me know that my service my take a while and offered local transportation. Top Shelf Experience AGAIN! 2020 CX5 in for routine maintenance. Paul Claflin is a pro at VIP Customer Service. Sincere, genuine and loves what he does. This dealership should be giving classes on Great Customer Focus and Service because they do it right ALL THE TIME. Hard to imagine such a place exists but it does at Jay Mealy Sport Mazda. A tip of the hat to the Techs who deliver on the maintenance. Bob Suranovich wrote the book on directing a top shelf service dept. Whoever your service advisor is rest assured if they are on Bob's Team, they top shelf at what they do. While we were waiting for the service to be completed Paul C introduced us to Marilyn Santos in Sales and we were able to discuss business for a new 2024 Vehicle. Marilyn is a GEM, incredible easy-going style that makes you feel like part of her family. Very organized and a great listener. We look for to purchasing a new vehicle at Jay Mealy Sport Mazda because of the quality of the product but also because of the awesome people that work there. Thank You! More
