This is a great High-End used can dealer. They have high to very high-end cars that are a couple years old in very good shape. The dealership has a large indoor showroom with cars like Minis, BMWs, Mercede to very high-end cars that are a couple years old in very good shape. It is a family run business, and the salesmen are smart, knowledgable and friendly. The experience was not pressured and easy. I found the car that was for me and Gideon and Avi took car of the rest. I had a small issue with the car I bought (the check engine light went on after purchase). I called, and they ask me to bring it in right away. They brought in a technician from the manufacturer and had the problem fixed in no time. The only negative is that they are pretty solid on the posted price and don't want to haggle. However, that price beat anything else I saw that was comparable, so I guess that it's not really a negative. Overall, when I buy my next car, my first stop will be to Toronto Auto Brokers. More

I recently purchased an Audi S5 from TAB. I am known to be very picky and I have to say that the Staff is great, professional, and courteous. When I decided on the purchase, the car was certified and prepared in a very timely manner (a little more than a day, as promised). The indoor facilities were clean and comfortable for viewing of the cars (out of the weather). I had a better experience at TAB, than some past purchases at new dealerships. More

I met with Avi and he did not waste any time to try and get me the best deal and also ensured that all safety certifications, inspections and detailing were done same day as I wanted the car before the weekend. Given I met with him Friday afternoon and was driving my car the same evening says something about their commitment to deliver the best customer service based on client needs. They even had to stay open past their hours to ensure the car was ready and assured me that I could come back with any questions or concerns later and they would take care of it. I would highly recommend them to everyone looking to get a great deal at excellent quality and customer service. More

I rated Avi and TAB (Toronto Auto Brokers) as high as I possibly could for the following reasons...after viewing an online Ad for an Audi A5, I was directed to this dealership. I went to see the car in person and was greeted by Avi. Not only did he appear kind and able to answer any questions I had regarding the dealership as a whole and the particular Audi I was there to see, he also appeared genuinely honest. To me, next to price, honesty is the most important trait, when searching for a used car especially after speaking with so many other dealers in my search. After viewing the Audi A5, I decided not to purchase it because it wasn't exactly what I was looking for (it had higher km's than what I wanted & not my colour of preference). Since Avi was honest with me, I felt I had to be honest with him. I left Avi my email and told him if he comes across an Audi A5 with the specs I desired, to reach me. Of course, I thought that would be the end of the story. It wasn't. Not 3 weeks later, I received a message from Avi that he received an A5 that I needed to see. I trusted his opinion and went to see it. Now it's mine and it's awesome! Much lower km (than the previous A5)and a sharp Blue that turns heads. We were able to come to an agreement on price, especially after he discounted new tires. He took care of all the paperwork and financing literally within minutes. Personally, I'm not keen on searching for a used car generally and speaking with dealerships/ salesman, but in this case, I couldn't ask for any better service and help getting the car I wanted...that's why I rated TAB as high as I possibly could. More

After seeing various reviews online, and of course finding a car (I had been researching and looking at for the past few months) the price and website are what made me go into the showroom. First off, the showroom is incredible! The vibe I got when I walked in was wonderful. The staff seemed very welcoming and warm. I had a great feeling from the start. After purchasing the car I have an even better one. I received a great deal on the vehicle and warranty. Avi was very patient, accommodating, and knowledgeable. He went beyond my expectation of service, truly just a nice guy. I had welcomed opportunities to test drive the vehicle and was clearly given it’s history. I definitely did not feel pressured like I have elsewhere. This is definitely a fine family owned and operated business and I couldn’t have been happier with the quality of service that I have received and more so the vehicle that I have purchased. They also did financing on the spot, which was extremely helpful for me. There is no doubt that I will be returning to this “high end” dealership, and will be referring others as well. The level of service has continued even beyond my purchase (Avi called to ask how the car was a few days later). I know buying from a salesperson and a” lesser known” dealership can be tricky, ,and that is why I have chosen to write about my experience. More
