From beginning to end, Mr. Cabalza did not fail to "wow" us. He was very amiable, very easy to talk to. He made us feel valued, that whatever our background or status is, we deserve nothing but VIP treatment. He was clear, straight to the point and he made each detail count. His vast knowledge on the products made it easier for us to understand the intricacies of the market. All throughout, he made sure that all questions were addressed and all cards were laid on the table. All the bases were covered and he definitely made sure that we were weighing all our options.
