I went to Whitby Toyota to purchase the first new vehicle I have ever bought wanting something similar to the 2005 Toyota Matrix I had to finally part with. Arda showed me the Corolla Cross and I was smitte I have ever bought wanting something similar to the 2005 Toyota Matrix I had to finally part with. This review is purely based on the service centre. We have had 3 service appointments with this dealership. Each time we wait in a line for a minimum of 45 minutes to reach the service desk. On this last have had 3 service appointments with this dealership. Each time we wait in a line for a minimum of 45 minutes to reach the service desk. On this last occasion it was over an hour. This is unexceptionable customer service. Fix your issues, if you want to see me again. Also who ever books the appointments doesn’t know how to key in the date. 2 of the 3 times we have received an appointment reminder, they have wrong the date, and it’s not even close. More
