No nonsense sales staff I had done my research and knew what I wanted. A 2019 Toyota Highlander LE. I had a few questions which were answered by Arda, who checked and found the exact vehicle I was looking for. After a short back and forth to settle on the price the deal was done. No high pressure sales tactics or games. Actually an enjoyable experience. A week later my vehicle was ready for pickup. Sales Manager Kim was also a pleasure to deal with.
