Great experience. I had a very specific set of goals for my purchase and each one of them was met and didn't have to adjust any expectations. Also a great process while COVID is active not having to do my purchase and each one of them was met and didn't have to adjust any expectations. We returned to Zender after my daughter bought a used vehicle two years ago. Her experience then was very positive. Our experience with our recent purchase was just as positive. It was such a great experience dealing with Zender Ford and Anthony with the help of D as well and the experience was seamless I live 4 1/2 hours away so I was able to come in after providing all documents and Anthony with the help of D as well and the experience was seamless I live 4 1/2 hours away so I was able to come in after providing all documents with great communication sign papers and leave within 40 minutes it was wonderful and I think them so much for their patients answered all of my questions it was great.
