We dislike hard selling and the sales team here (Scott Kerr, Adam Weeks and Anthony Pelleriti) were really awesome and made our purchase an easy and great experience. They were efficient and prompt in helping us in anything we needed. They even have a "Know Your Car Night" which was really helpful and informative. The host Christine Mitchell was so knowledgeable and pleasant. We purchased the Pacifica Hybrid and with all the awesome features it came with, it was a little overwhelming but we are so grateful to Adam Weeks for being so patient and enthusiastic to teach us. His excellent customer service is one-of-a-kind, he goes above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied with our purchase and even after the purchase, he continues to show the same level of service. The experience here was so much different from the other dealerships we have dealt with in the past. From now on, this will be the only dealership we would like to go to not only for vehicle purchases but for all maintenance services as well. More

my experience with messi and anthony I recently purchased a new ram from Vaughan Chrysler. my salesperson messi was very understanding and efficient when I explained what I wanted. betwee I recently purchased a new ram from Vaughan Chrysler. my salesperson messi was very understanding and efficient when I explained what I wanted. between him and the finance guy Anthony they ironed out what I wanted and made things work quickly and we sealed the deal in no time. good job! also a shout out to Wilson in the showroom as he hooked me up with a little something extra as a bonus......thanks to him as well. as far as service dept at Vaughan Chrysler.......im up in the air right now so since I really have nothing good to say.....my mother taught me to say nothing at all. take it as you will. I had an extremely frustrating experience there this morning, that I will not get into.......but as of right now until problem is solved.....GRRRRRRRRR..... if this problem is resolved I will definitely write a new review to show my appreciation. sales people great ......service ......again leaving this alone for time being.
