We had looked at another dealer for the same vehicle. We saw the same van at Theo and went in and met Amit and Raj. I had some reservations as I had not dealt with them before but knew they had been around saw the same van at Theo and went in and met Amit and Raj. The Town & Country we ended up with for the same price had many more options and less kms! They have a great inventory selection. Every thing I asked them to look at on the van we bought was looked after- no questions. One option could not be installed due to no fault of theirs and they have completely accommodated us to have it looked after in the near future. Every add on we asked for was VERY fairly priced. If there is something they don't have in inventory they will try to get it for you. They do not push with the extras, they simply offer and you decide. Financing was competitive and through major banks. Overall the best experience I've had buying a vehicle, the facilities may not look like a "brand name" dealership but you are not paying the extra for it either. I will go back to these guys first for our next purchase. First class all around is why I have rated them 5 across the board. More

A gem of a car store. I am a car guy and did my homework, the great stable of cars made my choice easy. Being a car guy myself, I know a lot about cars but Amit was more knowledgeable than even myself, and highlighted some interesting features about my friends new Focus that would have never crossed our minds. He put every concern at ease, had confidence in his product and level of service, and made a smooth transition to the sale of the vehicle. His friendly, honest, and kind demeanor gave us the comfort level to make a buying decision same day. My friend is definitely not a car guy and was concerned about longevity of the vehicle and it's affordability. Klaus took the time to explain all options available to us regarding the financing, extended warranty, and other products, he was very patient with our numerous questions and my friend purchased an extended warranty, and their rust/paint/fabric protection package. My friend is not one who is comfortable making large decisions on demand but due to Amit and Klaus' patience, kindness, and high level of integrity made it an ease decision on his first visit. From the moment that you walk in to the office you feel very welcome, and any of the employees i spoke to had all great personalities and genuinely care that both parties leave happy. On my first conversation with the rep he told me that their price is the best in a 100 km radius and at first i did not believe that to be true but none the less after checking auto traders and other online websites i started to see that he was actually correct by saying so. i purchase a used ford focus today and i feel confident that the price, the car and my safety will me assured for many years to come I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends and family just on the sale reps personalities alone. Theo Moters and their employees have a great chemistry going on and they understand that the small things count. More

I was turned down by my bank (with a cosigner) on Wednesday morning for a car loan. I went on kijiji and started searching for a dealership that worked with people with credit issues. I came across T Wednesday morning for a car loan. I went on kijiji and started searching for a dealership that worked with people with credit issues. I came across Theo Motors and not only do they help everyone they had the best price for a 2012 Volkswagen Jetta 2012! I called Amit at Theo Motors late Wednesday afternoon- really just trying my luck, not actually thinking I could be helped after being turned down by my own bank. Amit was very knowledgeable about the car and easily answered all my questions. He was also very friendly and pleasant to deal with. He then passed me over to Raj for financing. I was certain I would be turned down but thought it couldn't hurt to try. Raj called me within a few hours and I was approved!! And the interest rate was only 5.9%!! The next morning everything was taken care of. I faxed Raj my insurance and he did the rest! Within 24 hours I was driving home in my new car!! Both Raj and Amit were such a pleasure to deal with! No hassles and straight to the point. In addition to this awesome experience I had with getting the car, Raj and Amit noticed a small smudge in the paint (I hadn't even noticed it) after the car had already been tuned up, safety, etested and detailed and I was ready to drive away. Raj insisted I take a $100 gas gift certificate for not noticing and taking care of the smudge. Great people, great business, great car, great experience! I am from Chatham and will drive to Kitchener for my next cars - and I will tell everyone I know to do it too! More
