Service beyond my expectations I've been a customer at Whitby Toyota for almost 25 years, and consider myself a loyal, but not always easy to please supporter of the brands I choose I've been a customer at Whitby Toyota for almost 25 years, and consider myself a loyal, but not always easy to please supporter of the brands I choose to purchase. ( Toyota is at the top of that brand list.) Recently I had a few issues which were further compounded by some miscommunication regarding some service related issues. After today,I want to extend my true gratitude to the whole Toyota team for not only making things right, but going way beyond what I could/ should have expected to happen in order to resolve these issues. This type of service is rare to find. My loyalty to Whitby Toyota and it's team of professionals remains as true today, as it did the first day I walked into the showroom some 25 years ago. More

Bad service I went there to fix my flat tire for my brand new Prius. Amanda the service rep asked me to bring the tire size. When I went back with the tire size, I went there to fix my flat tire for my brand new Prius. Amanda the service rep asked me to bring the tire size. When I went back with the tire size, I had to wail on the line again. This time another service rep served me . He didn't ask me about the tire size. He knew he can check it on the computer. I had to wait more than three hours to fix the tire. Weird questions, no respect for customers. (May be I bought my car @ Donvalley). I will never go back here. More

It Just Doesn't Get Any Better Than This! I just bought a 2016 Toyota 4 Runner Limited and can't say enough about my experience with the amazing staff at Whitby Toyota. From the first test dr I just bought a 2016 Toyota 4 Runner Limited and can't say enough about my experience with the amazing staff at Whitby Toyota. From the first test drive with Stephanie to the awesome deal that David and Lawrence and Ian prepared for me, the experience was second to none. Do you know that after I bought the car I went in to the service area to check on the purchase of winter tires from Keith only to be told 'Just wait until the fall - I don't need your money right now - I'll get you the best deal when the new models come out in the fall...I have your back!' Where else would you find such service excellence and such genuine kindness? And that approach is mirrored in every interaction I have had with the good folks at Whitby Toyota. Debbie, Amanda and Art in the service department made a point of finding me to offer their congratulations on my purchase saying how happy they were that I had purchased such a great vehicle. I have to agree - I have purchased a great vehicle but I have also found a phenomenal dealership. Whitby Toyota exceeded my expectations in every way. In all honesty, it just doesn't get any better than this! More

Pearce has, time and again, proven himself to be a courteous and caring sales professional. He truly HELPS you purchase your vehicle by pointing out options that you otherwise may not have considered. We appreciate his transparent and honest approach to the sales process and always feel comfortable doing business with him. We really do feel like we're a part of the family at this dealership. We are also impressed with the service department. They've always been helpful and recommend what is needed when it comes to getting the best possible service from our 2013 Sienna. Our wait time was acceptable and the waiting area was comfortable.The dealer also washed our vehicles as part of the service,all in all a nice experience. More
