Alf couldn't have cared less about me and my purchase. The only reason he was my salesman was because I called in interested in a truck and he was the next available person. I have been so disappointed in how I was treated, Acura has done nothing for me to make things right. They sold me a tire warranty for $699.00 and then tell me after the truck went through service that the tires are no good "cupped" and their technician recommended replacing them. Do you thing that Acura cares and is willing to do anything? When they did the inspection on the truck the tech did nothing on the second page and I had to take the truck back for a 3rd time. The second time was because Alf promised to fill it with gas, and after it sat there for a week waiting for service, I picked it up and he still had not put gas in it. I asked him about it and he popped his head in the cab and said "it's got lots of gas". The deal was a FULL tank! I took it back the next day and they filled it, came to $70.00 so "lots of gas" was not nearly full. Going forward if I have to deal with Acura again I will be asking for a different salesperson, someone who might actually care. I've filed a complaint with the BBB, hopefully FFUN responds and does the right thing on the tire warranty. Take away - Don't shop at a FFUN dealership. More

I purchased a Dodge truck on November 7th, and was told that I would have it by the 9th as it had not gone through service. This should have been a red flag as I had no idea what I was in for going forward that I would have it by the 9th as it had not gone through service. This should have been a red flag as I had no idea what I was in for going forward. All kinds of issues came up with the inspection, and to top it off, the inspection was not completed. Today, I had to take the truck back to Acura (again) to get the inspection work completed. The technician did nothing on page two. I was sold a power train warranty and a tire and rim warranty which was $699.00. That was on the 7th. When I finally got the vehicle back (14th) I was told the service records were not available and that I would have to wait a week for them. I get a call from Alf on the 19th saying the service report was on his desk and I could pick it up. Upon review of the service order, FFUN’s technician said the tires are “cupped” and he recommend the tires be replaced. How is it that I was charged $699.00 for a tire warranty for tires that are no good? I’ve sent multiple emails and had multiple conversations with the dealership and am getting nowhere. This is unequivocally the worst buying experience I have ever had and all I want is to be treated fairly, with respect and have the right thing done by me. If I had seen the inspection report BEFORE handing over my hard earned cash, I would have never bought that truck as it has so many issues that I am going to have to spend money on now on top of payments and insurance. More

Alf has been very good with follow-up phone calls insuring that I had no problems with programming HomeLink codes or Navigation system. Had a few minor issues concerning quality of vehicle and parts insuring that I had no problems with programming HomeLink codes or Navigation system. Had a few minor issues concerning quality of vehicle and parts delays that I'm still hoping to resolve. Fatima was also helpful with Acura's incentive program and a good internet contact. More

Bought my Toyota from Acura Saskatoon in April 2020. Went in for a complimentary oil change in January 2021. A month later found out I as missing a huge black metal piece that covered everything under Went in for a complimentary oil change in January 2021. A month later found out I as missing a huge black metal piece that covered everything under the hood, save the windshield wash... I've been calling getting the run around since February this year! They finally ordered the part. They didn't call to tell me it was in even though I verified they had the correct phone number on file for me. It took 4 calls over 2 days to finally find out that had the part... went in today to have it replaced. They ordered the wrong part and told me that the part I say is missing doesn't exist! They will do nothing further! xxxxty service, zero accountability and certainly not customer-focused!!! I sat and wondered if I would have been treated differently, had I been a man! More

Rayana sold me extended warranty ($4200+tax) on 6 months old car. I found this on my bill and I asked her, she said You have to pay otherwise I will not get loan🤷. New Lease of RDX We have had an Acura for the past 10 years and throughly enjoyed the driving experience these vehicles offer. We had leased a Acura RDX 2017 through the Acura Centre of Saskatoon 4 years ago. When it came time to purchase the vehicle or sign a new lease Alf was so helpful. He connected with us a few months prior to our lease being up to discuss our options. We took our time to decide and Alf continued to check in and ensure that we had all the information we required to make an informed decision. However at no point did he pressure us during this time. When we couldn't make a decision in April Alf told us about the ability to extend our lease by 3 months (which we took him up on given the COVID situation). When a particularly good offer arose Alf reached out and facilitated the New lease actually enabling us to move up two trim packages. All in all I would highly recommend working with Alf. He is a great gentleman who is very knowledgable and respectful. We appreciated his supportive nature while enabling us what worked best for our family. Five stars all around! More
